4-bdrm with garage, walk to lifts, private deck/hot tub with view of lifts/trees

Be among the first to rent this rare 4-bedroom home, hand-picked by the developer for his own use, in a prime location only steps from both the Cabriolet lift and the Waldorf Astoria’s Frostwood lift to the Park City ski resort. Although close to all, this home also offers the privacy that comes with having your own deck and hot tub overlooking a grove of aspens trees, with a creek meandering through them. Homes at this price with four full bedrooms + loft are hard to find. And, although you may want to stay in and just relax in your comfortable, open concept home, you’ll be tempted by all of the amenities located a short walk or drive away. It’s only about 500 steps to the Cabriolet lift, which whisks you (for free) to the base of the Park City mountain and an array of shopping and dining experiences, including highly rated Farm restaurant. Work off your meal with skiing in the winter or hiking and biking the mountain trails the rest of the year. And, in summer, a huge Farmer’s Market takes place in the parking lot of the Cabriolet lift, just a 5-minute walk from your front door. Bring your local bounty home to cook in the double-oven or on updated stovetop or hop in the car for a 10-minute drive to Kimball Junction, where restaurants, a movie theater, and retail galore await. Or, head to the boutiques along Park City’s Main Street, which again are only a 10-minute drive from this well-located home. Leave the driving to public transit, as the free local bus stop is 100 yards from this home’s front door. Or, if want to drive, park in your own garage, with a separate uncovered parking spot adjacent as well.

At the end of your day a private, relaxing retreat awaits. Grill on your private deck, enjoying the sounds of the creek as you relax and then a long soak in your hot tub, enjoying views of the mountain and grove of trees. And, when it’s time for bed, there is no need to pull out the sofa for a make-do bed on a less-than-ideal mattress. This home offers four full bedrooms – a king in the downstairs master bedroom, and two twin beds in the second downstairs bedroom (not bunkbeds, so no fighting over who has to sleep with someone above their head) and, upstairs, one bedroom with a queen mattress and the other large bedroom featuring two more twin beds. There is a half-bath plus an ensuite master bathroom downstairs (tub/shower combination and separate, two-sink vanity) as well as a shower/commode and separate vanity bathroom upstairs. Everyone can sleep comfortably, with no sleeper sofas, bunk beds or air mattresses required. And, if you have laundry to do, you will enjoy having the full-size washer and dryer to use. There is a private one-car garage with room for your skis, and additional uncovered parking adjacent to the home available as well.

The open-concept living room features oversized leather furniture, wood-burning fireplace, large flat-screen HD TV with cable, and huge windows and sliding doors that offer beautiful views of the Park City mountains and ski lifts just past the Aspen Grove that comprises your back yard. The views are visible from the dining table as well. The updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances has been well-stocked with everything you may want, from the double oven to a waffle iron, and everything in-between. If you don’t want to spend your vacation cooking, then a five-minute walk takes you to the Cabriolet gondola, which will whisk you up to the restaurants that fill the base of the mountain. Serenity Spa, The Farm restaurant, the Drafts Sports Bar, the Edge Steakhouse, and a variety of shops including One Sweet Ride, North Face, Canyon Mountain Sports and more all await you at the end of the short ride on the lift. Or, jump in your car and in less than 10 minutes you can be in one of the many restaurants that line Park City’s historic Main Street or the variety of choices you can find at the Redstone Center.

And, once you’re back home, there will be room for everyone. This home offers four full private bedrooms, two downstairs and two upstairs, each with its own television. Downstairs you’ll find the spacious downstairs Master suite with a king-size bed, reading nook, large walk-in closet, private access to the deck and hot tub and ensuite master bath, including separate vanity area and a second bedroom featuring two twin beds and its own flat-screen TV. Upstairs, you’ll find another set of twin beds in a large bedroom or the fourth bedroom, which features a queen-size bed. A second-floor bath with a large granite vanity and sink as well as a separate standalone shower and commode area serves the upstairs rooms. The loft offers an additional space for relaxing or working at the large desk for days when work has to be done. High-speed wifi is available throughout the home. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the attached one-car garage.

Just across the street you’ll find the complex’s beautiful pool (in season), jacuzzis, dry sauna and clubhouse, as well as a small lake and the new Canyons Golf course. If you can bring yourself to leave the complex, it’s only a 10-minute drive to all that Kimball Junction offers, including shopping, a movie theatre, restaurants, grocery store and ore. Or, in 10 minutes or less you can be on Historic Main Street in Park City, or the shops and restaurants at the Deer Valley Resort. You are also only 10 minutes from the Utah Olympic Park or the Factory Outlet stores. And, if you don’t want to drive, the free local bus stop is about 100 yards from the home’s front door.

So whether you want to ski 7,300 acres of varied terrain in North America’s largest ski resort or take a ride on North America’s only chairlift with heated seats, or, in the summer, play a round of golf or zip down the trails on your mountain bike, all of your adventures await only minutes away from the comfort of this spacious home away from home. Plan your next adventure to include a stay here, and you’ll never want to leave!
